In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of aspirants and adepts, as a spiritual teaching tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction. Mandala represent the totality of all existing things - both the microcosm and macrocosm. Using Mandalas can help overcome human suffering and promote planetary healing.

You can find your power inside, your spiritual way, you can return to health, mandalas improve communication, make you divested of fear or evoke the collapse of ego... Hello dear people,

today I hope It was the last day by my dentist. It was hard 5 non stop days included tears, pain, extraction of wisdom tooth and incredible 9 injection of anesthesia, which can not work cause of acute inflammation in nerve !!!! :( During extraction of wisdom tooth I was praying to God and to my guardian Angel to help me from this big pain...

Today I got last 2 injection and I hope it will be finish and on Monday I will be ready and full of energy and verve... I must keep positive mind :)

Choklate - To Whom It May Concern (2009) + Choklate (2006)

Choklate comes from Seattle and she´s relatively unknown, but that needs to change :)

This woman is still underated singer and songwriter. Her 2 albums mixed Soul, R&B, Funk and hip-hop sounds. She took old soul mood with hip hop beats and you can listen pure emotions in her voice...

"All I need is my beat, my mic, that stage, the crowd and I'm good..." Choklate

Choklate released self-titled album Choklate (2006). This debut she record in her brother´s studio. This debut was one of the most celebrated of the underground soul movement. . .My favourite song is "Waitin" which features Chali2na of Jurassic5. I found this album I think 2 or 3 years back and this album needs to be in my collection :)

After 3 years of her touring and promotion and vocal training she is back with second album
To Whom It May Concern (2009). When i was listening this album I thought her voice has grown. There are Soul/RnB balads, some funky beats and hip hop skills.

To Whom It May Concern is a 12-track, self-penned healthy dose of “reality soul” incorporating the skills of hip hop producers that may already be familiar to CHOKLATE fans, including Vitamin D (Abstract Rude, Black Sheep, Young Buck, Darien Brockington), Jake One (Lifesavas, Strange Fruit Project, Supernatural, Boom Bap Project) and r&b/soul/jazz producer Donyea Goodman (Darrius Willrich). Hi, everybody :)

Autumn just began but imagine: you're soaking in a fragrant bath of milk and honey, sipping from a glass of sweet tea and you´re listening to good music...I bring to u some music from my collection. So come on and take a relax bath :)

Yesterday great soul singer N´dambi release new album named PINK ELEPHANT...

N´dambi comes from Dallas. She began to perform and play the piano at a young age. But it was her close association with neo-soul trailblazer Erykah Badu that first brought her to the attention of the music world. She appeared as a background vocalist on Badu's seminal debut album Baduizm and co-wrote " HeySugah" from Badu's Mama's Gun.

N'dambi then went from backing singer to indie soul trailblazer, self-releasing her debut album, Little Girl Blues in 1999, and selling over 70,000 units -I think an incredible number for an independent album. She followed it with the successful Tunin Up & Cosignin, an eclectic album that mixed up genres. I love the song "What´s wrong with you" and I have it like an alarm song for wake up in the morning :) N'dambi released her third album in Japan, 2005's A Weird Kinda Wonderful. Now on 6th October 2009 she´s back with album Pink Elephant.

N'dambi's official biography says that she "aims to make timeless music that lyrically endures the industry paradigm of one-hit commercial sensationalism. "

Hi everybody, thanx for visit my blog....
